A bit about me: I am a published author and part-time proofreader. I am passionate about animal welfare and social justice issues.. I have been a Weight Watcher leader, a quiltmaker, a massage therapist and a pharmacy technician. I enjoy reading, writing, baking, traveling, my dog, photography and a little tv. I have 2 daughters, 2 stepsons, and 10 grandchildren. I have worked as a volunteer fire-fighter, a waitress, a sexual assault and domestic violence counselor, a CPR and First Aid instructor, a keypunch operator, emergency medical technician, and a volunteer prison visitor.
The name of this quilt is "Pink Lemonade" and was made at the Eleanor Burns workshop in Rogers, AR. The pattern is from her Seasons book. It measures approximately 56"x56". It is being donated to Prisoner Visitation and Support as a fundraiser at their annual workshop. I hope it makes a ton of dough for them!!
