Welcome to the website for Handmaiden Quilts. This is a small ministry crafting one-of-a-kind quality quilts for the glory of God. A bit about me: I am a Christian woman recently returned to the U.S. after spending six months in Mexico. I am passionate about animals and quilting. I have been a Weight Watcher leader, and am a published author, a quiltmaker, a massage therapist and a pharmacy technician. I am now retired, and planning to travel and enjoy life! I enjoy reading, writing, baking, traveling, my doggies, photography and a little tv. I have 2 daughters, 2 stepsons, and 5 grandchildren. I have worked as a volunteer fire-fighter, a waitress, a sexual assault and domestic violence counselor, a CPR and First Aid instructor, a keypunch operator, emergency medical technician, and a volunteer prison visitor. My mission in life is to share the love of Christ with all who seek Him.
