Creature Comforts

This quilt is a twin-size and is made for the daughter of a friend of mine. While you can't really tell from the photo, the novelty fabric is of cats, frogs and fish. The "picture frame" blocks each have an image of the novelty critters. It's really cute in person! Posted by Picasa

Flowers of Friendship

This quilt is called "Flowers of Friendship." It measures approximately 53"x65". It was made as a going-away present for my neighbors Paula and Brian. Wishing them God's blessings, wherever He may take them. "The Lord will guide you always; He will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail." Isaiah 58:11 Posted by Picasa

Fishies, Froggies, Felines, and Fun!

Fishies, Froggies, Felines and FUN!" This is a baby size quilt and has the cutest novelty fabric. I am giving this quilt to Gail Berk, our dog behaviorist and trainer. She is AWESOME and has helped us so much with our doggies. Thanks, Gail! Posted by Picasa

Candle at the Crossroads

This quilt is named "Candle at the Crossroads." It is a basic log cabin pattern, with the squares positioned to show the cross. The yellow center of a log cabin quilt signifies a candle in the window and was used in the Underground Railroad to show that this was a safe house. This quilt covers a twin size bed nicely. I gave it to Paula to give to her daughter's in-laws as a going-away present. Posted by Picasa
